Dynamic Office Alberta Printer Gets Even Bigger – Moves Into A New Office!

If we’ve been silent the last week or so, it’s been for a good reason – we’ve moved offices! It has been a hectic last couple of weeks, but the final result is something we’re excited to share with all of our friends and clients.

We’ve only moved two doors down from our previous location – we’re now at 2923 5th Ave instead of 2929 – but it feels like a world of difference! After outgrowing our last locale, we now have an even larger warehouse, capable of holding even more inventory for our clients. We now have double the service area room, meaning we can accept more printers and have a bigger stockpile of replacement parts on-site. We’re putting the finishing touches on an interactive showroom, one where you can touch and test a selection of our best printers. Our team has expanded to include more customer service professionals that are eager to help anyone who has a question. In short, the new office presents a major upgrade for us.

There’s still a bit of work to be done before we can call it finished, but from all of us here at Dynamic Office Alberta Printer, we’re extremely proud of and welcome everybody to drop by our new office located at 2923 5th Ave NE. Paper Products Subject To Future Price Increase Due To Worldwide Raw Material Shortage

To Our Valued Customers

There is currently a worldwide shortage of raw materials for the production of all thermal and non thermal paper products, and as a result there has been a significant increase on material costs.

Dynamic Office Products continues to source all paper products globally from the largest and most reputable suppliers available and we will be able to maintain our usual productions schedule through this shortage.

Our inventories are currently at normal levels; therefore we will only be able to accept orders that are consistent with your historical buying patterns.

Effective August 5, 2018 – All Thermal and Non-Thermal paper products with be subject to a raw material surcharge This will replace any existing surcharge of thermal paper and non thermal paper on your account. The increase on all thermal will be 14% and bond will be 5%.

We were fortunate enough to maintain our paper pricing over the past 10 years, and we are optimistic about a timely return to normal supply conditions.  We thank you in advance for your continued support and loyalty through these unfortunate circumstances
